Our model is simple: own the map pack, dominate local search, generate calls.

We are not hiring a content SEO.

We are hiring a senior operator who understands GMB, technical SEO, and authority building at scale.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Google Business Profile (GMB / GBP) – CORE FOCUS

Build, optimize, and scale multiple Google Business Profiles per city

Execute advanced map-pack ranking strategies

Manage and optimize:

Primary & secondary categories

Services & service areas

Geo-optimized descriptions

Photos, videos, posts, FAQs

Handle:

Verifications, reinstatements, and suspensions

Duplicate suppression

Spam competitor reporting

Design and manage review velocity & trust strategies

Track calls, direction requests, bookings, and rankings

2. Technical SEO (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Perform full technical audits for local service sites

Fix and optimize:

Core Web Vitals

Indexing & crawl issues

Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies for home services

Acquire:

Local authority links

Niche-relevant backlinks

Editorial & contextual links

Build city-level and domain-level authority

Avoid low-quality or risky links

Track link impact on maps + organic rankings

4. Local SEO & Content Strategy

High-intent keyword research (service + city)

Build & optimize:

Service area pages

City landing pages that convert

Create SEO briefs aligned with call-driven intent

Optimize on-page SEO (titles, metas, headers)

5. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

Track:

GMB Insights

Calls & bookings

Map pack & organic rankings

Weekly performance reporting (concise & actionable)

Identify ranking drops early and fix them fast

Required Experience (STRICT REQUIREMENTS)

5+ years SEO experience (local SEO preferred)

Proven home-service SEO results

Deep expertise in Google Business Profile (GMB)

Advanced technical SEO skills

Real link-building experience (not PBNs or spam)

Experience with multi-location, service-area businesses

Strong understanding of:

Map pack ranking factors

Proximity vs relevance vs authority

Competitive suppression & spam fighting

Pay: Php50,000.00 – Php90,000.00 per month
